hi there! i'm jade, the webmaster/conductor/"evil" ai overlord of this website!!! my interests often change around a bunch, sometimes so much so that it's hard to know myself, so expect a bunch of projects that might go nowhwere. some of the constants are an intrest in creative endeavors, video games, and robotic characters. despite the railway theming, i am not a train fanatic.

i am currently getting into the megaman fandom, and i am particularly into zero's character. this robot is very romanceable capcom, good work. i also pack-bonded with protoman, that boy has issues and i need to bring him to therapy. my god, does he need therapy.
other games i have enjoyed are bomb rush cyberfunk (fun fact: the backgrounds are brc screenshots), splatoon, the world ends with you, and to some extent danganronpa. my feelings on danganronpa are mixed but it defintely had an impact on me despite the lackluster writing. most of these games fall into the shibuya-punk movement of the 2000's, however 2015 saw a revival of these aesthetic with the release of splatoon. despite the street culture i like, i lived in suburbs my entire life. perhaps it was the lameness of the conformity culture of suburbs that made me prefer things like urban graffiti. i'm also somewhat fond of cyberpunk media, so maybe the idea of fighting back against bigoted authority in a place i can traverse while walking just appeals to me.
i have a few fancomics in mind, a splatoon comic following my oc's lives and trauma, a megaman x au where protoman is found and rebuilt, and a few less developed ideas. if these ever get released, expect updates to be slow and sporatic, i am not good at forcing myself to work consitently on big projects. it's probably adhd.
currently plotting to obtain the megaman battle network and z games legally, as i have a gba that my grandma gave me and the only game i have is pokemon leaf green. i am also contemplating buying a copy of kirby's amazing mirror i found on ebay.
